靈寶定觀經
夫欲修道，先能捨事。
修己之心，名為修道。一切無染，名為捨事。
外事多絕，無與忤心。
六塵為外事，須遠離也。六塵者:色、聲、香、觸、法，更不染著，名為多絕。心境兩忘即無煩惱，故名無與忤心。
然後安坐，內觀心起，若覺一念起，必須除滅，務令安靜。
諸煩惱即去，則坐立始安。慧心內照，名曰內觀；漏念未除，名曰心起。
前念忽起，後覺則隨；心既滅，覺照亦忘，故稱除滅。
凡心不起，名之為安；覺性不動，名之為靜，故稱安靜。
其次有貪著、浮游、亂想亦盡除滅。
眾心不起，忘念悉忘；忘想不生，何曾有貪著，故曰滅除。
晝夜勤行，須臾不替。
晝之言淨，夜之言垢，垢淨兩忘，日夜勤修，無有間替，故名不替。
唯滅動心，不滅照心。
妄想分別，名曰動心；覺照祛之，故名為滅。
慧照常名無有空間，故名不滅照心。
但凝空心，不凝住心。
專注曰凝。不起一切心，名空心，一切無執著，名之不凝住心。
不依一法，而心常住。
若取一法，即名著相。心不取法，名為不依。現而常寂，故為常住。
然則凡心躁競，其次出學息心甚難，或息不得，暫停還失。
言習性煩惱雖可除滅，初學道者定力未成，除之甚難，若暫時用功則又失之也。
去留交戰，百體流行。
心起染境，境來牽心，心境相染。慾念與道念難分難捨，故名交戰。
妄念不息，百非自生，名曰百體流行。
久久精思，方乃調熟，勿以暫收不得，逐廢千生之業。
定心不起，則契真常；一念不收，千生之道業逐廢。修道如煮菜，火侯不至，鹽糖未調，其味不佳，然不可就此作罷，必待純熟，則美味可口。否則，自暴自棄，千生萬劫道業休矣。
少得靜已。
初得清境 ，正慧未生，故曰少得靜己。
則於行立坐臥之時。
行立坐臥乃四威儀之時也。
涉事之處，喧鬧之所。
見一切諸相，為涉事之處；起一切諸心，名為喧鬧之所也。
皆作意安。
息亂歸寂，名為作意，恬淡得所，名之為安也。
有事無事，常若無心處。處靜處喧，其至唯一。
有無雙遣，寂用俱忘，萬法不二，名之唯一。
若束心太急，則又成病，氣發狂顛，是其侯也。
偏心執靜名曰束；心外見相，名為顛也。言修道收心，不可固執性急，否則病也。
心若不動，又須放任，寬急德所。
從定發慧，名曰放任。定慧其融，名曰得所。修心之道，需收放自如也。
自恒調適。
定多即愚，慧多即狂。定慧等用，名曰調適。
制而不著，放而不動，處喧無惡，涉事無惱者，此是真定。
寂而常照，照而常寂，空而’常用，用而常空，得本元寂，故為真定。
不以涉事無惱，故求多事。不以處喧無惡，強求就喧。
習性塵勞，常須制御，不可縱逸，自尋煩惱。
以無事為真宅，有事為應跡。
見本性空寂，無吵鬧、煩惱，故為真宅。慧用無邊，有事皆通，故為應跡。
若水鏡之為鑒，則隨物而現形。
本心清境 ，猶如水鏡，照用無礙，萬眾俱現，名為現行。
善巧方便，唯能入定。
諸法性空，寂無所起，故為入定。
慧發遲速則不由人，勿令定中急急求慧，急則傷性，傷則無慧。
急求知見，真定乃亡；貪著諸相，心性自傷，故云無慧。以自然而體道，道自生也。
若定不求慧，而慧自生，此名真慧。
心體寂靜，妙用無窮，所發是為真智慧。
慧而不用，實智若愚。
了無分別，名之不用；韜光晦跡，故曰若愚。修道有大智若愚風範，方算到家。
益資定慧，雙美無極。
寂照齊融，動靜自如，故云:雙美無極。
若定中念想，多感眾邪，妖精百魅，隨心應見。
若以心求相，諸相應生，一切邪魔，競來擾亂。
所見天尊諸仙真人是其祥也。
若見諸天尊仙真神相，雖是吉祥，但不可取著。
唯令定心之上，豁然無覆。定心之下，曠然無基。
前念不生，故云無覆；後念不起，故曰無基。
舊業日銷，新業不造。
宿習並盡，名曰舊業日銷，更不起心，故名新業不造。
無所罣礙，迴脫塵籠。
一切無染，故名無所罣礙。解脫無繫，故云回脫塵籠。
行而久之，自然得道。
智照不滅，名曰行而久之。契理合真，故云得道。
夫得道之人，凡有七侯。
得道者，心現出七種象徵。
一者心得定，易覺諸塵漏。
心得清靜，塵念盡知，故曰覺諸塵漏。
二者宿疾普銷，身心、清爽。
真氣合於胎息，痼疾盡廫，體道合真，身輕不老。
三者填補夭損，還年復命。
骨髓堅滿，故填補夭損，駐顏不變，名為還年復命。
四者延數萬歲，名曰仙人。
長生不死，延數萬歲，名編仙籙，故曰仙人。
五者鍊形為氣，名曰真人。
得本來元氣，故曰鍊形為氣。正性無偽，故曰真人。
六者鍊氣成神，名曰神人。
真氣通神，陰陽不測，故曰神人。
七者鍊神合道，名曰至人。
真神契道，故曰至人，又稱金仙、如來。
基於鑒力，隨侯益明。
鑒力者，常照不息也，益明者，明明不絕也。道力愈強，火侯愈明顯也。
得至道成，慧乃圓備。
若了本性，得道成真，智慧圓明，萬法俱備。
若乃久學定心，身無一侯，促齡穢質，色謝方空，自云慧覺，又稱成道者，求道之理，實所未然。
通神合道，則道真成；心惑身亡，不離生死。西昇經云:{是故失生本，焉能知道源?}故學道者，久無現出一種徵侯，表示其功力未至，日月逝矣，年齡增長，色身衰敗，自稱慧覺、成道，實皆非也。故當把握光陰，勇猛精進。
Tất cả cả cõi trời đều muốn chúng sinh trở vể trời. Tất Cả các cõi Phật, Bồ tát, Tiên, Thánh, Thần, v.v... đều mong ước chúng sinh về với mình.
Tuỳ theo công đức tu hạnh phổ độ của chúng sinh ở thế gian mà sự chứng ngộ của mỗi 1 chúng sinh sẽ khác nhau.
Phật, Bồ Tát, Tiên, Thánh, Thần, Chư Tổ, etc. v.v... đều thương nhớ chúng sanh như mẹ nhớ con. Nếu chúng sanh biết nhớ tưởng niệm tri ân Phật, Bồ Tát, Tiên, Thánh, Thần, Chư Tổ, Hiền Tài, v.v... thì chư vị với chúng sanh đời đời không có xa cách.
Tất cả các Đạo Giáo, và chư Phật Bồ Tát, Thánh Thần Tiên, v.v... đều TỪ BI HỶ XẢ BÁC ÁI không bắt tội 1 ai, chư vị chỉ thuần yêu thương chăm sóc quý trọng tất cả, đặc biệt ưu tiên nhất là loài người và sau đó là mọi chúng sinh, cho nên đều chỉ thuần cứu khổ cứu nạn.
Chỉ có lương tâm của chúng sinh tự đày đoạ chúng sinh mà thôi.
"Chúng sanh có lòng sợ tội thì tâm lành càng nẩy nở,..."
All of the fairies, angels, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Saints, Scholars, Allah, Sanctuary Leaders, Riponche, Guru, etc ... always hope all of the people in the world and then any other beings get back to their Heavenly Places as easy as possible.
It depends on the humane people virtue moral and their helpful nice wonderful effective salvation training teaching as many as possible their wised wisdom enlighten beneficient humans and other beings to get back to the heaven nirvana fairy sanctuary places.
And as we have known, all of the fairies, angels, buddhas, bodhisattvas, fairies, angels, saints, scholars, Allah, aristocrats, guru leaders, rinpoche, venerable, etc.,... all generously love and help and train and save human people and others being only. So that when any being is missing or loving or seeing or listening or wised or enlightened the fairies, angels, buddhas, bodhisattvas, ... etc., then they never take apart or far away. They are right there.
Certainly, all the buddhas, the gods, bodhisattvas, fairies, angels, sanctuary, scholars, guru leaders, rinpoche, saints, etc., are all very lovely, generously, nice beneficent, benevolent, helpful salvation saving and training and teaching all of the beings but especially the human people is the first class of all, is the mainly most careful category.
Because they never punish any being anyway, so you don't have to be worried or stressed or anxious about anything at all.
The bad criminals or murders or thieves, or addicted habit ones, or frequently sin actions, or criticized nagged regular habits, or aggressive rude hobbies, or illed greedy life-style, or anxious needing requirements, or stressful worried spoiled criticism, or girls/boys sexual lust desires will then automatically harm themselves by their owns.
"The one who tries to be generous humane moral virtue will be wise wisdom gradually day by day certainly then..."

THIS IS THE WAY OF ALMIGHTY.
